44+ Can't Straighten My Arms After Workout Images. I feel pain on the inside of my arm (opposite my elbow), even if my arm is relaxed, and if i try to straighten it, it gets i've had the same thing and occasionally get a client who gets really bad doms that they can't fully extend their arms. Occasionally it feels like they cramp up really bad too.

I can't straighten my arms after a long workout. At best, my forearm makes a 40 degree angle from horizontal. Could have pulled them badly or you did not stretch properly causing the bicep to tighten up.

Occasionally it feels like they cramp up really bad too.

You exaggerated first workout, also biceps is not the most important muscle man, youll be fine in a couple days. Is there anything i can do to regain my range of motion? I felt this immediately after working out, and it's only gotten worse. Its more in the hands though.
